All prices are in GBP (British Pounds).

IMPORTANT Any orders placed with Professional Cameras will be converted from GBP (British Pounds) into your currency by your credit card company when they process the transaction. Please remember that currency rates change all the time and even the online currency conversion rate displayed here may differ to the rate when your transaction is processed by your credit card company.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment online by card is highly secure as well as being convenient. However, if you prefer, we are pleased to accept orders by post, accompanied by a cheque.

DUTIES & TAXES
Any duties or taxes payable on purchase of Professional Cameras products are the sole responsibilty of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the duties/tax it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the item(s).

GUARANTEE
If you are not totally satisfied we offer a full 100% money back guarantee. The goods must be returned to Professional Cameras within 10 days in the condition they were received.

OUR PRICE GUARANTEE
If you can find a price that is better than ours for any UK officially-supplied products, we will match it AND deliver it free, anywhere in Britain. Just send us a copy of the quote you have obtained in writing.

And remember, we do not sell grey or parallel imports

RETURNS
If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect in any way, please return the item to us within 10 days and we will arrange for a complete refund or a replacement according to your own wishes. DELIVERY CHARGES
All delivery charges will be calculated on the total weight of the goods sent. The exact delivery charges will be calculated automatically once the order has been placed and the delivery address has been detailed. These charges will be clearly detailed at the bottom of the order form.

We aim to deliver 95% of the products we list within 48 hours (UK), either from stock or direct from our main suppliers.

Delivery is free in the UK, using Royal Mail and selected courier services. For international deliveries, we use DHL.

PART EXCHANGE
We are pleased to consider taking modern, best-quality photographic equipment in part exchange.

Simply contact us with full and accurate details of the equipment you wish to sell and we will send you an initial valuation without obligation.

If the price we suggest appears acceptable, send us the equipment and we will confirm the valuation immediately.

USED EQUIPMENT
All of our used photographic equipment is carefully selected, checked and fully guaranteed for 12 Months. If you are not satisfied in any way, simply return it within seven days and we will give you your money back.

Every piece of used equipment in stock is pictured and given an accurate rating of condition.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We are delighted to supply customers anywhere in the world, with delivery via DHL.

We will accept payment in any currency and make all the necessary import/export arrangements.
